Mill Valley Soccer Club Tryout Information 2010
MVSC tryouts will be starting this weekend, April 24/April 25, for the U9-U13 Boys and Girls "A" and "B" teams (formerly known as Class I, or Select, and Class III, or Upperhouse, respectively), and for the U14 Boys and Girls "B" teams. Tryouts for the U19 Girls "B" team are scheduled to start on May 8.
ONLINE PRE-REGISTRATION FOR MVSC TRYOUTS:
This year, as many of you already know, we are asking parents and guardians to pre-register players online for the MVSC competitive program team tryouts. This will help us speed up the check-in process at the fields, among other things.

The deadline for pre-registration is 12 o'clock noon, this Friday, April 23. After that, you will have to register your players at the fields. Players WILL NOT be allowed on the tryout fields without completed forms. For those who do not pre-register online, we will have forms available at the check-in desk for you.

A FEW THINGS TO NOTE :
Players should arrive at tryouts about 30 minutes before the scheduled start time. Players should wear a WHITE shirt, cleats and shin guards and bring a water bottle. Players should not wear club uniforms or any clothing with a team affiliation.
Parents are not allowed on the fields during tryouts. The parents you may see there will be volunteering to help check players in, as well as helping with other logistical tasks related to running tryouts. That's all. Parents are in no way involved with the player evaluation and team selection process. That is left up to our professional coaches.
