Walk-in Registration Nights
6:30-8:00 p.m.
Thursday, May 7th & Wednesday, May 13th
Bel Aire School Multi-Purpose Room
Online Registration - April 25th through May 31st
Please note: there is a $10 per registration processing fee
imposed by our host only for online registrations
If you don't register sat one of the walk-in registration nights or online by May 31st,
you will not be assured of a place on a team and you will not be permitted to register
without incurring a late fee.
$275.00 per child for Division U8
$310.00 for Division U9
$325.00 for Divisions U10 & U12
$425.00 per child for Divisions U14, U16 & U19

A copy of the child’s birth certificate must be submitted with the registration forms
if one was not submitted the previous years.
