These documents were last updated in 2000. A subcommittee of the Board was tasked with reviewing these documents to incorporate those procedures which have been adopted by the Club over the past eight years.
These include: the name change from "League" to "Club" and, similarly, the recognition that our teams have played as club teams for years and not as independent entities; recognition of our parent organizations' (CYSA and US Club) rules on "open boundaries;" and recognition of an Internet-connected world.
Below please find a summary of the material changes to the documents adopted at the Annual General Meeting of the club on January 12, 2009.
